Terms and Conditions for HSE Ready

Welcome to HSE Ready. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://hseready.com (the “Service”), and the training, content, and tools provided on it.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with any other person. Your account is for your personal, individual use only.

2. The Service: Training & Content

HSE Ready provides a platform for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training, which includes digital “Modules,” “Study Materials,” and “Quizzes.”

  • Intellectual Property: The Service and all its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HSE Ready. This includes all text, graphics, logos, module content, and quiz questions.
  • License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial training and educational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Service.

3. Training and Certification

Our platform tracks your progress through “Study Materials” and “Quizzes.” Upon completing the requirements for a “Module,” the platform may issue you a certificate of completion.

You explicitly understand and agree that:

  • No Professional Accreditation: This certificate is not a professional accreditation or license. It merely documents your completion of the specific online module on our Service.
  • No Guarantee of Competency: HSE Ready does not warrant or guarantee that you are competent or qualified to perform any task or job as a result of completing a module.
  • No Liability: HSE Ready is a training tool, not a substitute for professional judgment, on-the-job training, or certified safety equipment. You assume all responsibility and risk for your actions in any real-world workplace. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur.

4. AI Content Generator

Our Service includes an “AI Module Content Generator” (the “Tool”) for admin use, which utilizes third-party APIs (e.g., Google’s Gemini).

  • No Sensitive Information: You agree not to submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information to the Tool.
  • Disclaimer of Accuracy: The content generated by the AI is provided for informational purposes only. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or compliant with any specific regulation. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a qualified human expert before being published or used for training.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content generated by the AI.

5. User-Generated Content (Comments)

If you post comments on our blog, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring it is not illegal, obscene, or defamatory.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HSE Ready, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any content obtained from the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
